Hotel je na úrovni, sehnali jsme ho na tomto webu za úžasně nízkou cenu - nižší než většina pražských penzionů. Na recepci byla velmi milá a ochotná paní, vybavení pokojů je luxusní a velmi komfortní, všude je čisto, snídaně bohatá, čerstvá a chutná. Někdo může namítnout, že ze zadní strany hotelu je škaredé staveniště, ale to při pobytu vůbec nevnímáte a bohatě vám to vyváží poloha přímo vedle nákupního centra (se supermarketem) a zastávky metra. Do centra jsou to 4 stanice, tedy cca 10 minut! Parkovat se dá hned u hotelu na ulici. Sem se každopádně vrátíme.

Velice příjemný hotel s krásnou zimní zahradou. Bohatá snídaně, pravidelně doplňovaná. Pobývali jsme zde jen 1 noc, ale i tak bych tento hotel doporučil k delšímu pobytu. Hotel je celkem v klidné části Libně, v bezprostřední blízkosti metra. Vše bylo velmi dobře organizované. Myslím, že na 4* hotel i velmi přijatelná cena. V okolí hotelu není nic zajímavého.
Poloha
Hilton Prague se nachází ve městě Praha (v části Karlín), v blízkosti jsou Muzeum hlavního města Prahy, Nákupní centrum Palladium a Náměstí Republiky. V blízkosti jsou také Obecní dům a Divadlo Hybernia.
Charakter hotelu
V hotelu Hilton Prague jsou lázeňské služby v plném rozsahu, centrum zdraví a krytý bazén. Ve veřejných prostorách je za poplatek k dispozici bezdrátové připojení k internetu. Byl to perfektní relax v tomto hotelu. Hotel perfektní, kvalita služeb na 100%. Vynikající koktejl bar Cloud9 na střeše hotelu. Co nás mile překvapilo, byl velmi příjemný personál i přesto, že jsme Češi, což v jiných pražských hotelech není pravidlem. Děkujeme za příjemný pobyt a my se určitě vrátíme.

Hotel is not in the center of Praga, however is a 15 min walk to the center. Rooms are very clean,good size and the break fast in the hotel is very good.

25euro a day for internet access at 1200 kbps and 75 euro for premium (still slow) 2400kbps broadband. Absolute joke............... Otherwise a really nice hotel
"Prague Hilton"
Hotel was most comfortable, okay location, close to metro and tram. Biggest 2 problems....elevators on one side of square building.....long walk from most rooms and also internet charge per day....outrageous.....what a ripoff. Go to mall next door to Costa Cafe and use free wifi

"Hilton Prague"
Fantastic hotel, fantastic staff. The location is about 10minutes walk away from the Old Town but you can enjoy a waterfront walk to get there. Well worth a visit and would be happy to recommend this hotel time and time again. Breakfast buffet was extensive and covered most needs staff were friendly and attentive and a credit to the hotel.

"Good location terrible front desk service"
The hotel is very good for a vacation and within walking distance of the old town and transport The front desk however is very poor. They are under staffed and the staff who are scheduled are more interested in talking with each other and how they look than for example checking someone in. 3 of our party of 4 individually checked into 2 separate rooms. […] The FASTEST check in was 35 minutes..... One morning I had the audacity to ask if they had a weather forecast. While she twirled her hair she told me she didn't know but would guess 20c. I asked if it was a forecast or her opinion. She said 'it's what I think'. The weather had been poor so I said I actually wanted a forecast... Is rain predicted today? Could she check the web please? She offered to send a bell boy outside to look up. At that point I walked away - frankly I could have 'looked up' myself!! Had this been a little local pension i probably wouldn't have even asked... "Weekend in Prague"
Took mt wife and 11 year old daughter to Prague for the first time and stayed in the Hilton. Main reason for selecting it was both location, as it was 10 minutes away from the center of the old town, and facilities as an 11 year old needs to be active. Excellent swimming pool, Cloud 9 bar and restaurants.

This was one of the best stays in terms of comfort, facilities and value deals. Reception was very courteous, no waiting time and promptly guided to the room. Room were well maintained and stocked. The only thing missing was a map of Prague or Prague inside which you would have expected at the Hilton's. The general service level was very high at all […] the interactions be at Spa, Restaurant, all around - barring a very unfortunate incident where we found the chef in the breakfast service preparing the Omeletes extremely rude, impolite and insensitive to cultural differences. In addition, this Chef was using the same instruments and apparatus to prepare Omeletes with / without meats. The dinner service in the restaurant was extremely courteous and polite. The breakfast did have a vast range of options. The concierge was also very useful with infomation on where to go and how. The lHotel ocation itself is not bang in the old town but it is 2 tram stops away and tram stop is like a 5 mt walk but it helps to buy the ticket at the Hotel via concierge, the ticket counter at the tram stop is very slow. The cloud 9 bar offers a nice view of Prague at night with a drink to go with it. All in All, would recommend this as a value deal. Go for it!! Další informace
"Wonderful service"
The rooms and the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, informitive. The food was very good and the moring breakfast buffet was great! Will stay there again.
all was perfect except the door men who are ordering the taxis as they are not eager to help. and we ordered to have a early breakfast due to early flight in the morning but they sent us frozen and old bread in breakfast box which were not eatable. that was realy strange that such a good hotel with high rate didnt have the free internet even in the […] lobby. "FAR from sights & POOR Service"
This hotel is located under an overpass from any major attractions or sights of Prague. It is not close and does not have a friendly or helpful staff. Would not recommend for anyone traveling for pleasure. Internet services do not work well, rooms were small and hot (window opened into atrium of hotel) and manager was not prompt to take control or care […] of any of our requests. Awful experience. "One of better Hiltons"
Certaintly an outstanding hotel if you don't mind staying a bit further from the centre. You can take a tube though be in the centre after two stops. Inside you'll see 5 stars immediately, especially if you go to exec lounge. Highly recommended. Gym and swimming pool are awesome, this is the main advantage over Hilton Old Town in Prague centre.

After spending three weeks backpacking round Europe we had our last night in the Hilton in Prague. It was a lovely night and an excellent way to wind down and end the holiday. Very helpful and friendly staff; lovely swimming pool; delicious evening meal and a luxurious room to spend the night in. Although the hotel is quite new the quality of the finish and fittings is quite bad; it'll probably need a refurb in a few years. The staff were rather arrogant and incompetent and were trying to downgrade our room to a single smoking even though I had booked a twin non-smoking through hotels.com! "Strålende for romantisk storby-weekend"
Et veldig fint hotell som ligger en 10 min gange fra sentrum. Enestående service fra staff. Dette betaler man jo også for, men vil fremheve dette - fantastisk service hele veien. Frokosten er meget bra, med godt utvalg. Et par restauranter og barer i bygget.. Sky-bar kan være verdt et besøk for den som liker slikt. Rommene er store og med alle fasiliteter.. […] gammeldags TV, men hvem gidder kaste bort tid på det.. housekeeping var tilfredstillende.. roomservice leverer bra og man kan få levert enkel mat 24/7, noe vi benyttet oss av. Kort oppsummert toppers. Det er Hilton, og nivået på både fasiliteter og staff er jo selvsagt ikke tilfeldig, men ble igjen positivt begeistret. :) Anbefales til den/de som reiser på et romslig budsjett. Další informace

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 29/12/2011 al 4/01/2012. Hotel di alta classe, nel complesso mi sento di votare con 4 stelle. La pecca più grande è che per la connessione internet bisognava pagare circa 40€ per 24 ore di connessione, una volta attivate le 24 ore era continuative, sia che avveniva l'utilizzo sia che eravamo in giro per Praga, quindi non utilizzabile. […] La connessione gratuita è stata introdotta solo nella lobby e solo da 2 di gennaio, ovvero quando l'albergo si è svuotato. Molto pulito e addetti molto competenti. la Spa sempre pulita ma 2 volte saune a bagno turco non funzionanti, però ripristinato il funzionamento entro qualche ora. la metropolitana (Florenc) sta a circa 5 minuti a piedi dall'hotel, mentre il centro a partire da Namestik Repablik dista a piedi circa 15minuti. Были на новый год, завтрак очень хороший, от отеля до центра пешком не дойти. необходимо брать такси. такси отеля дорогое, раза в 3 дороже чем городское, водители сдачи стараются не давать вообще....., кроме такси всё нормально.

Et rigtigt godt hotel med meget fine værelser,virkelig god morgen buffet hvor der ikke mangler noget,god service,det eneste lille minus er at hotellet ligger lidt langt fra centrum hvis man ikke er til en rask gåtur langs floden

"HILTON PRAGUES"
Nous sommes une famille de 5 personnes et nous y avons séjourné du 04 au 06 Aout 2011 pour nos loisirs. Le parking situé en contre-bas de l'entrée principale est facilement accessible et pratique car au pied d'un premier hall au sous-sol avec des salons et des ascenseurs. L'accueil du personnel y est digne d'un 5 étoiles et à Pragues le personnel est […] en grand nombre et aux petits soins. Les chambres standard sont déjà très spacieuses et vraiment confortables, presque cosy. Les lits king size 2,10m de long sont parfaits pour les grands et la literie est de grande qualité. Le buffet du petit déjeuner comprend toutes sortes d'aliments, viennoiserie, jus de fruis FRAIS, fruits, charcuteries, fromages, et plats cuisinés divers. On peut réellement en faire un brunch. C'est un des plus imposants que j'ai vu à ce jour. Que dire de l'immense hall couvert intérieur sur lequel donnent la moitié des chambres! SPECTACULAIRE. et très agréable, il doit culminer à une trentaine de mètres avec une sculpture métallique de forme ronde qui est éclairée par des hallogènes provenant du dôme. réellement impressionnant de même que les ascenseurs "suspendus" et vitrés qui donnent sur ce hall. Un très bon point également pour l'espace piscine/spa, très agréable. Bref, il fait bon se laisser dorloter au Hilton Pragues qui mérite ses 5 étoiles. Další informace

Et super flot kvalitetshotel. Ligger dog et lille stykke udenfor den gamle bydel - 15 min på gåben, men tæt på tram-station og flot ned til floden. Super lækker morgenmadsbuffet med alt hvad man kan ønske sig. Desuden fin lille indendørs pool hvor man kan nyde en lille dukkert efter de lange gode gåture. Kan varmt anbefale. OK Hotel, really good breakfast, nice for the price. Only negative was a Noisy aircondition and we got a room with view to the indoor big hall, people can smoke inside,and you can smell it when you opened the windows to the hall. The hotel is located on the edge of the inner city, and you can walk or use the metro.

Mycket bra hotell kan anbefallas till andra. Jag och min kæraste skall dra dit igen om en månad. vi er mycket førnøjda med vårt uppehåll. Mycket bra frukost. All maten var bra på hotellet. men man bør åka litt utanfør gammlebyn och prova att hitta en liten resturang. Vi tog taxi 2 gånger sa till chafføren att han skulle køra oss till ett bra matstælle […] och det klaffa båda gångerna :) Další informace
Hilton Prague er et komfortabelt hotell å være på. Frokosten er fantastisk, renholdet på rommet er som man ønsker at det skal være, og personalet er veldig behjelpelige dersom man har spørsmål. Brukte også treningsrommet og svømmebassenget, og var storfornøyd med dette. Rene lokaler, og treningsrommet hadde alt nødvendig utstyr. Eneste som trekker ned […] er beliggenheten. Dersom man ønsker å bo i gangavstand på 5-10 minutter til sentrum av Praha bør man finne et annet hotell. Vi gikk i ca 20 minutter for å komme til Powder Tower for eksempel. (Vi var ikke kjent med eventuelle snarveier). Ellers et flott hotell som vi gjerne besøker igjen! Další informace
"Hilton Prag stort och lyxigt 5 stjärnigt hotell."
Ett stort och lyxigt hotell där inget saknas. Ligger lite i utkanten av Prags centrum men tunnelbana eller spårvagn finns i närheten om man inte orkar med en 15 minuters promenad till gamla stan. Rummet var stort och service och städning sköttes exemplariskt. Vi fick först ett rum som luktatde rök trots att vi önskat rökfritt. Men innan vi ens hunnit […] anmärka på detta fixade vår portier ett annat rum åt oss. Se till att boka med frukost då den var lika storslagen som hotellet. Full pott i vår bedömning och vi kan bara rekommendera det till andra resenärer. Dock ett litet minus var att det inte fanns något gratis WiFutan fick köpas till extra för en ganska hög timkostnad.
