This was a family vacation, spend most days out but overall rooms were good, my only suggestion will be a small fridge for drinks, my husband carries insulin and had to get ice daily to maintain it, the fridge would have fix the problem

A bargain! Still a jewel of the Pacific even after 20 yrs. Shows minor signs of aging , Awesome service and security, the federal police are stationed here for the security of the guests. Would definitely stay here again. They also have an adult only pool area.

Nice place to go at the beach, but many persons come to sell stuff, if we are after a rope. But after you said "no gracias", they leave you. But in general all are good. The service at the desk is offer in English / Spanish.

The Acapulco Crowne Plaza is an excellent place to stay. Right on the beach, very close to many very good places to eat. Shopping if you like, we did not go for the shops. Water activies right there on the beach. The hotel is in a perfect place to enjoy Acapulco. Dave

I stayed in 20 hotels in about 56 days. This was THE BEST of them all. I extended my stay another night. Hotel is AWESOME. Pools are AWESOME. Location is AWESOME. View from room on 20th floor is AWESOME. Make sure you get a room viewing the left beach.

Although some of the staff can be a little too strict. There were those that were very helpful And pleasant. We loved our room it had a great ocean view. Very clean and we felt very comfortable. We sure recommend it.

The staff and Service was excelent. The hotel was very central with pools and private beach and bars and everything one would want to have a great stay. Acapulco was hot and we just loved the place.

Check in was super fast...but super fast equaled no service. The check in clerk limited his words to a simple unenthusiastic "buenas tardes". I provided my name for the reservation and he just handed me 2 room keys in an envelope. He didnt take the time to welcome us or even to tell us the room number, floor or where the elevators where. I even had […] to carry my own bags up to the room. After asking a security guard where our room was we made and the room was overall ok. The only thing I did not like about it is that there was excessive noise from some type of equipment operating at the hotel. I did not book an all inclusive plan after reading reviews but I ended up eating at the Crown Plaza's main restaurant, ordering room service and consumed from their bar. It was a pain in the butt as I wasnt able to charge anything to my room so I had to be prepared with cash. I there was an option to charge to our room it wasnt offered by any of the staff. I cant complain because of the great rate I was able to get booking from Expedia but this hotel has the potential to raise satisfaction levels with a little SERVICE. Další informace

THe hotel was full of high school students on a trip - so screaming and shouting all night for 4 nights, plus poudnign on doors. Staff tried - sort of - to keep them quiet. Horrible. Once the kids left, the music started. Early check-in got us upgraded to an end bay-view suite after the desk clerk saw how much I paid on Expedia. (Peso just got devalued after I bought the trip) Awesome! Lunch and dinner buffet a little expensive but I’m on vacation…found out later, ask the grill attendants for extras like grilled tortillas and anything else: you can get whatever you want from them…food wise. Many pools and the waterfall pool is a great massage. Two shopping malls are close including cinemas and casinos. I WON! The Hotel is not new but for sure is in great condition. It has great facilities, 3 pools one of them is eatead and too more and in adition there are 5 more pools for adults. This was my fourth stay in the ACA Crowne Plaza in the last 2 1/2 years. It is truly a nice hotel in what I believe is a safe location in ACA. Close to a grocery store, nice beach, clean rooms, good service, 6 pools. For the price a real bargain. will go again.

Spent fall break with my friends at this hotel. Definitely recommend it. Reasonable price and great service. The hotel has their authorized taxi and we happen to meet one very awesome taxi that highlights our trip. He can be the best tour guide among all the taxi drivers i have ever know.

It was very comfortable and directly on the beach. There was a slight problem at check in (computer didn't recognize that I had already paid for 3 people) but it was correctly quickly the next morning. Also minor issues like I had to call for more face and bath towels the first morning cause there weren't any. Perfect! One of the advantages is that there are many pools, so you're more likely to get a spot all for yourself, hehe, which wouldnt happen elsewhere. I could hardly believe such a superb hotel, so close to many nice shops and restaurants would be so cheap! Nice hotel, big rooms, nice view of the gulf even if you buy a room with some view only. Internet service is not free and it is quite expensive. It is not always clear in the hotel description if you have to pay for Internet.

Nos cambiaron hasta tres ocasiones de habitación porque no funcionaba el aire acondicionado (semana santa y sin haberle dado mantenimiento, me parece un descuido mayor). 2. Al momento del check in el toque de bienvenida no fue lo mejor puesto que no te ven nisiquiera a la cara,solo te atienden como robots, nombre,aqui tiene su llave.
