  Clean hotel with small room we stayed in. For this money I'd expect at least breakfast. Cleaning lady came to clean our room late afternoon (after 4pm) so we were already back from meetings and room stil was not clean...otherwise location is incredible and comfortable beds and sound proof windows are good too.

  The hotel itself is a five star as it should be. Plus, it is relatively new, modern. The view is great, if you get a good room. However, there is no subway near. You can get there by bus, on foot from Clapham Junction rail station (20 min.), or by helicopter, since there is a helipad adjacent! We had a room just above it, to see it, but no to hear much. The windows are tight. I will be coming back.

  Pokojik byl hodne stisneny, ale bylo v nem vse potrebne. Super dostupnost ne metro a par zastavek od centra.

  V dané cenové relaci jsme v Londýně pro rodinnou dovolenou (2 dospělí a 3 kluci) nenašli nic lepšího. Velký, plně vybavený byt (obývák s kuchyní, 2 ložnice, 2 koupely + další separátní WC, terasa), perfektní audio-technika (BOSE system, Cambridge Audio komponenty, flat TV... ). Maximální ubytovací kapacita 8 lidí !!! Dostupnost z centra cca 1 hodina (metro + DLR), ale v pohodě. Výtka: nefungovala mikrovlnka, chyběl otvírák na konzervy. Příště bereme znovu...

  We stayed for 8 nights on mid-term holidays with a 16-year old son. For 3 adults the room was small. There were no wardrobes at all, except a couple of hangers at the door, so we kept all our things in the suitcases. The regular bed was very good, but the sofa was a way too soft. The bathroom is in a closet (really :-) and the toilet is so small that since the door opens inside I wonder how some people can even get in. However, I am not complaining, just stating the facts, the room was quite okay. A kettle with coffee and teas in the room was really handy. The London city airport is just across the river and the planes take off or land directly over the hotel, so we never overslept. The breakfast buffet is just plain fabulous. Quite a wide selection, always promptly replenished. Four types of juice, eggs, bacon, sausages, beans, hot tomatoes, mushrooms, potato pancakes, even hot waffle with maple syrup, fruit, yoghurt, cornflakes, you name it. The selection is the same every day. The staff is always polite and helpful. The two comps in the lobby are windows boxes with Apple peripherals and a printer. A free wifi would help. It is not in the city center, but DLR (Royal Victoria) is 5 min walk with Tesco Express on the way with a good connection to the center. Got a nice price about 2 months in advance here, while the price on the hotel website 3 days before was almost double. I'd say I've got quite a good deal. Definitely would stay again.

  Hotel pro všechny, kteří jedou do Londýna za památkami ne být na hotelu. Perfektní poloha (2 zóna Oyster card) - před hotelem zastávka autobusu, 10 minut chůze od zastávky metra (Circle line, Hammersmith line, Central line). Velmi blízko od Westfield shopping center (zhruba 15 minut chůze) - velké obchodní centrum, obchod s potravinami, restaurace a další. Snídaně (je možné si vybrat mezi continental nebo english) je více jak dostačující - prostor pro snídaně je ale velmi malý, proto je třeba přijít ve správnou dobu. Obsluha a komunikace bezproblémová. Určitě bychom se sem vrátili.
